📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production processes.,Monitor and control production parameters to meet quality and quantity targets.,Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to prevent breakdowns.,Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with machinery.,Collaborate with the team to improve production efficiency and quality.,Maintain accurate records of production data and machinery performance.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.,Familiarity with machinery operation and maintenance.,Good understanding of safety procedures and protocols.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.
