📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and training requirements.,Assist in the development of training budgets and schedules.,Provide support to the Training Manager in the planning and execution of training activities.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel for training activities as required.
