📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
