📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and retail management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management tools.,Ability to travel occasionally for store visits and meetings.
