📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of cash transactions and inventory.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve their skills and performance.,Monitor cash handling and security to prevent losses and theft.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis of cash flow and sales data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail or service environment.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.,Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
