📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of Little Spoon Farm Bali.
• Coordinate with agricultural teams to ensure efficient farming practices and high-quality produce.
• Develop and implement project plans for new initiatives and growth strategies.
• Manage and mentor a team of operations coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on project progress and performance metrics.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, operations coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and principles.
• Proficient in using project management software such as Asana, Trello, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with eco-friendly hospitality practices is a plus.
• Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
