🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Insurance Broker or in a related role.
• Valid insurance broker license from the Indonesian Insurance Oversight Board (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan).
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and insurance-specific software such as PolicyGenius or Guidewire.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
