As a Paralegal at PERSOL, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including reviewing and drafting contracts, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and providing legal research and support to our team. You'll work closely with our legal team in Singapore, collaborating on projects and ensuring consistency and accuracy in our legal operations.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Review and draft contracts, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
- Provide legal research and support to the legal team
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the legal team in Singapore on projects and tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal matters
- Assist in the organization and management of legal files and documents
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a legal or paralegal role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and English law, with a good understanding of international regulations and standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using legal research databases and software, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar
- Experience with contract management and compliance is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
