Fresh Town Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and experienced Section Head to lead our team in Garut. This is an urgent position, and we need someone who can hit the ground running. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the department.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is well-managed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and goals.,Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the retail industry.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Strong understanding of retail operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
