📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.,Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality and reliability.,Analyze and forecast purchasing needs to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.,Manage the purchasing budget and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes.,Conduct regular supplier audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
