As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they meet performance standards and provide excellent customer service.,Monitor store performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover, and report to management.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth store operations.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes to maintain high standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance metrics.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
