Shine Shop Sejahtera is looking for an Assistant Purchasing Staff to join our team. We are a growing retail company based in Kudus, Jawa Tengah, and we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to assist our purchasing team.

As an Assistant Purchasing Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement processes. You will be responsible for assisting in the purchase of goods and materials, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the purchase of goods and materials
  • Ensure that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchases
  • Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies
  • Support the purchasing team in negotiating with suppliers
  • Ensure that all purchases comply with company policies and procedures
  • Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices
  • Provide excellent customer service to suppliers

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a purchasing or procurement role
  • Strong understanding of purchasing processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with retail industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in Indonesian is required
