📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Oversee the organization and maintenance of the store, ensuring a clean and appealing environment.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall business objectives.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and local market trends.
