📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Assist in onboarding new hires.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.,Assist in the development and maintenance of employer branding initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
