📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems within the condominium.
• Conduct inspections and repairs to ensure the safety and functionality of all facilities.
• Manage and maintain common areas, including lobbies, gardens, and parking lots.
• Use specialized tools and software such as AutoCAD, SAP, and other maintenance management systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep records up-to-date.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in condominium maintenance or related fields.
• Proven experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility maintenance.
• Certifications in electrical and plumbing systems are a plus.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, SAP, and other maintenance management software.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
