📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing the healthcare team, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care.,Oversee the day-to-day activities of the healthcare team, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.,Coordinate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and healthcare activities.,Implement and enforce healthcare policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.,Provide guidance and support to junior healthcare staff, promoting professional growth and development.,Participate in team meetings and planning sessions to discuss and address healthcare challenges and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare management or leadership role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
