📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance reviews.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.,Assist in the development and delivery of employee training programs, including orientation, onboarding, and ongoing training.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and data, including headcount reports, turnover rates, and other HR metrics.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
