LAMANSUA Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated Deputy IT Support to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing excellent technical support to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance.,Monitor and manage network security and data backup processes.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.,Document and maintain IT policies and procedures.,Assist in the implementation of new IT technologies and systems.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.,Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with common IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus.
