📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring their dining experience meets and exceeds expectations.
• Work closely with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages during events and functions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to our high standards of hygiene.
• Contribute to the overall ambiance of the dining areas by ensuring they are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage service in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Micros, and other hospitality software.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
• Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
