PT Digital Lautan is seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR operations and contributing to the overall success of the company. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about HR and eager to make a difference.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR events and activities.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
