📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage office administrative tasks including scheduling, coordination, and record-keeping.,Assist in the organization and planning of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.,Handle office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.,Support the HR department with recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and offboarding.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.,Maintain office security and safety protocols.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documents for internal and external use.,Provide general support to the management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or related fields.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or office support role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility and adaptability.,Familiarity with HR processes and procedures is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is preferred.
