Sumber Eko Shop is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies that enhance productivity and profitability. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be present in the office and work remotely as needed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including production, logistics, and customer service.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor the operations team, providing guidance and support to achieve company goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations with other functions.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of product and service quality.,Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role in a manufacturing or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Proficient in using operational software and tools, such as ERP systems, inventory management systems, and data analysis tools.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
