LUMEN Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Cikarang. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our customers. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety standards, as well as food safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to operate the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Experience with marketing and customer relationship management is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including both in-office and remote responsibilities.
