📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily activities.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall branch goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
