📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with organizational goals and employee needs.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions to address those needs.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Measure and report on the impact of learning and development initiatives on employee performance and organizational outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on corporate training.,Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training technologies.,Experience in developing and delivering e-learning courses is a plus.
