📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the operation and maintenance of various machines and equipment in the facility.,Ensure the safety and efficiency of machine operations, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.,Train and supervise junior machine operators, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on machines and equipment.,Monitor machine performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the facility.,Maintain accurate records of machine usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine operation and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or industrial setting.,Strong understanding of machine operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and supervise others.,Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.,Familiarity with relevant machine types and brands commonly used in healthcare facilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
