NEXUS Pratama is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Waitress to join our team in Madiun, Jawa Timur. As a Lead Waitress, you will be responsible for managing a team of waitresses, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 12.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of waitresses to ensure high standards of customer service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.,Supervise the preparation and service of food and beverages.,Assist in training new staff members.,Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.,Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations in the dining area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of employees.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Valid food handling certificate.
