📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Lead and mentor operational staff to achieve high performance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.

Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a similar role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using operational software and tools.
