📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Maintain accurate financial records and submit regular reports to the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
