🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in manufacturing or production.,Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software is a plus.,Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
