📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Control inventory and ordering to minimize waste and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor sales and revenue to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on restaurant performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using restaurant management software.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and food trends.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.
  • Must be available for occasional on-site visits.
