📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.,Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally.,Monitor market trends and competition to ensure our sales strategies remain effective.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and project management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing projects successfully.,Strong understanding of market trends and competition.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
