📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed branch targets.,Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing them with the training and support they need to succeed.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the branch is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our products and services in the local market.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.,Familiarity with sales management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of the local market and consumer trends is a plus.
