Agilent Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical design and development of our advanced measurement instruments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our products, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of our design processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the mechanical design and development of Agilent's measurement instruments, ensuring they meet technical specifications and performance requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, software, and manufacturing, to integrate mechanical designs with other aspects of product development.,Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all mechanical designs.,Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and other team members.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations, and incorporate relevant innovations into our designs.,Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the feasibility and manufacturability of our mechanical designs.,Contribute to the development of new products and features, and support the commercialization of existing products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,8+ years of experience in mechanical design, with a strong focus on precision measurement instruments.,Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD, and experience with 3D modeling and simulation tools.,Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, including stress analysis, tolerance stack-up, and kinematic analysis.,Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.,Familiarity with Agilent's products and technologies is a plus.
