📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and friendly.,Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
