Sentral Eko Computer is looking for a Senior Training Officer to lead and manage our training programs. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our employees and help them grow their careers. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs and making recommendations for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Manage the training budget and ensure that it is used effectively,Work with managers to identify training needs and develop training plans,Maintain accurate records of all training activities,Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainers and employees,Stay up-to-date on the latest training trends and best practices,Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,5+ years of experience in training and development,Experience in developing and delivering training programs,Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training software and technologies,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
