📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate financial projections.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Provide financial support to the marketing and operations teams, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
