📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production schedules using advanced planning tools.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and production teams to align production with demand.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures.
• Provide regular reports on production performance and inventory status.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve production goals.
• Train and mentor junior staff on PPIC best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC or similar roles in manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in using SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, demand forecasting, and production planning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
