📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential estates and galleries, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of quality.
• Work closely with our team of professionals to deliver exceptional service to our residents and clients.
• Manage and maintain the property's amenities, including pools, gyms, and other facilities.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor and manage the property's budget, ensuring that all expenses are within the approved limits.
• Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the property is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the property's performance and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and clients, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, residential estate management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of property management software, such as Yardi, OnQ, or REIS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with residents and clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to property management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
