📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage ticket sales and box office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient screening process.
• Assist with technical setup and maintenance of our cinema equipment, including projectors, sound systems, and screens.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our cinemas, including seating areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of our cinema for each screening, including arranging seating, setting up promotional materials, and preparing for the next show.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that all operational tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking and restocking of supplies such as snacks, drinks, and promotional items.
• Promote our cinema and upcoming screenings to guests, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment, preferably in a cinema or entertainment setting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with a diverse range of guests.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with basic technical equipment and software used in cinema operations, such as ticketing systems and projection equipment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes as they evolve.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time, including during peak hours and overnight screenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in cinema operations or customer service a plus.
