📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and customize travel itineraries for clients, taking into account their preferences, budget, and travel dates.
• Coordinate with local vendors, tour operators, and service providers to secure accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Ensure all bookings and reservations are confirmed and managed efficiently using tools like Expedia, Booking.com, and local travel agencies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, industry news, and local attractions to offer innovative and relevant itinerary suggestions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special packages and promotions.
• Monitor and report on itinerary performance, providing insights to improve future travel experiences.
• Assist in the planning and execution of group tours and corporate travel programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in itinerary planning, tour coordination, or a similar role in the travel industry.
• Proficient in using travel planning software such as Amadeus, Sabre, or similar systems.
• Excellent knowledge of Bali’s attractions, culture, and local customs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple itineraries simultaneously.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in tourism or hospitality is a plus.
