🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive operational excellence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
